We ’re delighted to announce that Rohan Roy, Foram Roy, and Abhishek Batra have joined us as our second I CAN Early Learning Center franchise partners in Vesu, Surat. We ’ re thrilled to welcome them to the I CAN Movement.
With Rohan and Foram ’ s extensive experience in leading pre-schools, they bring invaluable insights, making them ideal allies in shaping the I CAN Early Learning Center and reimagining a new way forward.

Rohan Roy
Rohan Roy is the Director of Canopus International School, which has 9 branches and co-founder of Graph education by Balaji Group who has guided over 25,000 students till today. He has been honored with the Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan Award for Best Principal and is also featured in Gujarat’ s “40 Under 40 Most Influential educators ” list. He also won ‘National Education Excellence award’ by National Education Human Resource development Organisation of India . He co-founded Learnkin, now among India ’ s Top 5 Startups. A visionary leader and a passionate educationist is transforming education and building a legacy of excellence for future generations.

Foram Roy
Foram Roy is the Founder of Learnkin, an awardwinning early learning solution, Under her leadership, Learnkin was Honoured India ’ s Top 5 Startups in the HerStart Program, Led by Hon ’ble President Shrimati Droupadi Murmu. She also serves as CoDirector of Canopus International Preschools. Foram has been recognized with top honors, including Women Entrepreneur of the Year 2024 by Gujarat University and has also received Dronacharya Award for best teachers trainer . As a Cambridge TKT Certified Trainer, and a phonics Master coach she empowers educators for early literacy and reading .

Abhishek Batra
Abhishek Batra is an engineer by education and an entrepreneur by choice. He started his career in the glass industry, where he set up a manufacturing unit and later expanded into trading glass bottles, gaining over 8 years of solid business experience. Coming from a family with a strong background in exports, he naturally carried forward the legacy by entering the international market and building lasting global connections . Abhishek’ s journey reflects his ability to take calculated risks, hands-on leadership and stay committed to creating things that are built to last.

Since 2001, Riverside has been on a mission to design an approach to education that empowers children with an I CAN Mindset – children who are aware of the world, enabled with skills and empowered to be the change.
Over the years, our research and training arm – The Riverside Learning Center has codified our globally recognised practices and processes to help transform schools across the world.

TODDLERS
Should be 2 years by March 31.

I CAN ELC Toddlers’ curriculum uses a Play-based learning approach that engages all senses, piques curiosity and provides enriching experiences to develop awareness of self, others and the environment.
PRE K
Should be 3 years by March 31.

I CAN ELC Pre-K programme advances toddlers programme to a play-inquiry-skill based user-centric approach, designed to build foundational pre-math, language and exploratory skills to make the complex world simpler.
K1
Should be 4 years by March 31.

The K1 programme at the I CAN ELC gently navigates children graduating from Pre-K programme to the formal Content and Character curriculum. Academic subjects are integrated seamlessly with value-based education that invests in the social, emotional, cognitive, physical, spiritual and therefore holistic development of a child. The programme ensures a multi-dimensional learning environment that is deeply interactive, experiential and sensorial.
K2
Should be 4 years by March 31.

The K2 Curriculum is an enriching program designed around four key components: Play, Academic Curriculum (Language, Logical / Mathematical Thinking, Program of Inquiry), Wellbeing (Social, Emotional, Physical) and Skill Building. The programme ensures a multi-dimensional learning environment that is deeply interactive, experiential and sensorial.
